Accelerating the formation of new quality productivity and enhancing new develop-mental momentum is the latest directive proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the field of high-quality economic development,which holds significant guiding significance for economic theory and development practice.This study expands and extends the economic theory of classic productivi-ty,reconstructs the explanatory framework for new quality productivity,and establishes a"dual-to-triple,tetra-dimensional"explanatory framework,clarifying the logcal dimension,dissecting the subject composition,and defining the connotation and extension.Based on this,the subject struc-ture of new quality productivity is expounded from the aspects of production objectives,production subjects,production objects,and production environment,elucidating the core direction of the de-velopment of new quality productivity,and then proposing practical approaches to accelerate the for-mation of new quality productivity in the current and future stages from multiple perspectives.
