The integration of digital technology into the entire process of the protection and in-heritance of the intangible cultural heritage has reshaped the preservation mode,reconstructed the dissemination scene,innovated the industrial form,and expanded the dissemination channels.How-ever,this process may also lead to imbalances in the relationship between the protection of cultural core and digital technology innovation and utilization,productive protection and digital development at both supply and demand ends,protection of subject rights and the maintenance of fair market competition order.To this end,it is necessary to build a digital knowledge system for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,innovate participatory digital protection and inherit-ance models,improve the balance mechanism of digital rights in intangible cultural heritage protec-tion,strengthen the construction of intangible cultural heritage digital communities,in order to en-sure the continuity of the uniqueness and diversity of intangible cultural heritage.
