To Promote the High-quality Development of China's Cultural Industry through Efficiency Reform and Power Reform
The high-quality development of the cultural industry has the dual effects of econom-ic prosperity and social responsibility.Based on the objective development law of cultural industry agglomeration,integration and digitalization,and following the realistic development demand of"factor-enterprise-market-institutional environment",this paper systematically analyzes and discus-ses the high-quality development path of the cultural industry from the perspective of efficiency re-form and power reform."Factor allocation efficiency-scale efficiency-total factor productivity of the cultural industry"constitutes an effective path for the efficiency reform of the cultural industry,and the guidance of talent dividend,the support of cultural capital and the drive of digital technology have become the main paths for the power reform of the cultural industry,and the collaborative con-tribution of efficiency reform and power reform have jointly promoted the high-quality development of China's cultural industry.On this basis,this paper puts forward China's strategic choices for the optimization of the production relationship of the cultural industry oriented to the efficiency reform,the upgrading of the production level of the cultural industry oriented to the power reform,and the high-quality leap of the cultural industry oriented to the national development.
