摘要
大力发展新能源产业具有重要战略意义,法律服务对新能源产业发展具有不可或缺的重要作用.然而,我国的新能源产业法律服务存在产品供给不足、与产业发展脱节和产业特征不突出的问题,无法充分满足新能源产业发展的需要.这些问题是新能源产业自身特点、法律服务门槛、外部机遇和服务主体内因共同作用的结果.为促进我国新能源产业法律服务高质量发展,应当为其制定合理的发展战略,提升法律服务的战略定位、发挥政策推动作用、提前布局人才培养,并着力提升产业法律服务的专业性与综合性.
Abstract
It is of great strategic significance to vigorously develop the new energy industry,and legal services play an indispensable role in the development of the new energy industry.However,the legal services for the new energy industry in our country face issues such as insufficient supply,disjointed with the development of the industry,and a lack of distinctive industry features,failing to fully meet the needs of the new energy industry's development.These problems result from a combi-nation of the characteristics of the new energy industry.The standard for legal services is getting higher,a lack of external opportunities and internal factors of service entities.In order to promote the high-quality development of the legal services of China's new energy industry,it is necessary to formulate a reasonable development strategy for it,such as enhance the strategic positioning of legal services,strengthen policy promotion,reserve and cultivate talent,and focus on improving the pro-fessionalism and comprehensiveness of legal services for industry.
