数智时代大学多样化发展的多维阐释、运行机理与未来想象

摘要
数智时代大学多样化发展既能摆脱大学同质化发展的困境,又能有效弥合大学与技术发展脱节的现状.基于数智化转型的复杂性与不确定性风险,大学多样化发展必须重新明晰大学形态特征、空间拓展、治理模式与办学目标等方面的内涵要义指向与多维耦合关系,进而厘清数智时代大学多样化发展的复杂样态.在数智时代开放而多元的普遍主义视角下,大学多样化发展是一个形态、空间、治理与目标内外交织、共同构建的复杂过程.数智时代的大学多样化发展,应从嵌入数智基因、统整数智场域、搭建数智平台以及规范数智行动等方面,重新构想大学形态、空间、治理与目标多样化发展的"可行的乌托邦",共同构筑大学多样化、可持续与开放共享的组织生态系统.
Abstract
The diversified development of universities in the age of digital intelligence can not only get rid of the dilemma of homogenized development of universities,but also effectively bridge the current situation of disconnection between universities and technological development.Based on the complexity and uncertainty risk of digitalized transformation,the diversified development of uni-versities must clarify the connotation and multi-dimensional coupling relationship between the mor-phological characteristics,spatial expansion,governance model and goals of universities,so as to clarify the complex pattern of diversified development of universities in the era of digitalization.Un-der the perspective of open and pluralistic universalism in the age of digital intelligence,the diversi-fied development of universities is a complex process in which forms,spaces,governance and goals are internally and externally intertwined and co-constructed.The diversified development of universities in the era of digital intelligence should be re-conceived as a"feasible utopia"for the diversified develop-ment of university forms,spaces,governance and goals from the perspectives of embedding digital genes,integrating digital fields,building digital platforms,and regulating digital actions,in order to co-construct an organizational ecosystem that is diversified,sustainable,and open for sharing.
