摘要
伟大改革开放精神作为社会变迁和转型过程中凝结的人类智慧结晶,它折射出中国人民奋斗进程中谱写华美的社会主义发展史的精气神.伟大改革开放精神在中国式现代化宏大叙事境遇中确立价值逻辑:以改革为动力推进国家治理、以开放为格局促进改革发展、以进取为目标完善制度机制、以创新为引领创造中国奇迹、以担当为己任增进人民福祉.与之相应的,它彰显着时代向度:伟大改革开放精神为中国特色社会主义事业的蓬勃发展铸就主体自信、伟大改革开放精神为新时代进一步推进全面深化改革注入强劲动力、伟大改革开放精神为以中国式现代化创造人类文明新形态贡献发展智慧.面向中国式现代化,弘扬和激发伟大改革开放精神,其主体建构要从三个方面出发:第一,科学把握主体精神的建构逻辑;第二,用好用活主体精神的建构方法;第三,不断拓展主体精神的建构路径.由此,将共同的精神内涵镶嵌在整个现代化发展的进程中,也内化为个体的精神力量,形成文化精神的坚定自信.
Abstract
As the crystallization of human wisdom condensed in the process of social change and transformation,the great spirit of reform and opening up scatters the essence of the Chinese peo-ple's struggle to write the glorious history of socialist development.The great spirit of reform and o-pening up has established the value logic in the grand narrative of Chinese path to modernization:to promote national governance with reform as the driving force,to promote reform and development with opening as the pattern,to improve the system and mechanism with progress as the goal,to cre-ate a Chinese miracle with innovation as the guide,and to promote people's well-being with respon-sibility as its own responsibility.Correspondingly,it highlights the dimension of The Times:the great spirit of reform and opening up has created subjective confidence for the vigorous development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics;the great spirit of reform and opening up has injected strong impetus into further deepening reform in the new era;and the great spirit of reform and open-ing up has contributed development wisdom to creating a new form of human civilization with Chi-nese-style modernization.Facing Chinese path to modernization and carrying forward and inspiring the charm of the great reform and opening up spirit,its subject construction should start from three aspects:firstly,scientifically grasp the construction logic of the subject spirit;secondly,make good use of the construction method of active subject spirit;thirdly,continuously expand the construction path of the subject spirit.Thus,embedding the common spiritual connotation into the entire process of modernization development,and internalizing it as individual spiritual strength,forms a firm con-fidence in cultural spirit.
