New Quality Productivity Empowers the Resilience Improvement of the Manufacturing Industry Chain:Mechanism Analysis and Implementation Path
In recent years,in the face of complex changes in the international situation,the risk of supply interruption and the problem of"stuck neck"in China's manufacturing industry chain have increased sharply,how to effectively improve the resilience and safety level of the manufactur-ing industry chain has become a key issue to be solved.As an important driver of high-quality eco-nomic development,new quality productivity is also an important starting point for improving the re-silience of the industrial chain.Based on this,this paper first focuses on the three major changes of industrial chain structure optimization,industrial chain synergy and symbiosis,and industrial chain intelligent upgrading derived from the characteristics of new quality productivity,and excavates the specific mechanism of new quality productivity to improve the resilience of the manufacturing indus-try chain from the three dimensions of risk resistance effect,supply and demand matching effect and energy level transition effect.Secondly,based on the breakthrough of core technology,the integra-tion of data and reality,and the optimization of industrial structure,the key blocking points in the role of the two are analyzed.Finally,a specific strategy to break the blockage is proposed,and the realization path of improving the resilience of the manufacturing industry chain with new quality pro-ductivity is proposed from three aspects:enhancing new kinetic energy,stimulating new vitality and building a new engine,so as to provide a theoretical reference for effectively improving the resilience and safety level of the manufacturing industry chain from the perspective of new quality productivity empowerment.
