Main Body Detachment and Its Transcendence:The Generating Mechanism and Resolving Path of Hollow Rural Governance
The hollowing out of rural governance itself seriously limits the role of farmers as the main body,which is a practical difficulty encountered in rural revitalization.The hollowing out of ru-ral governance arises from the mechanism of subject detachment,which refers to the three detach-ment of farmers:detachment from agriculture,detachment from rural areas and detachment from public affairs.Breaking away from agriculture reflects the weakening of rural governance dynamics.Breaking away from rural areas presents the dispersion of rural governance subjects,and breaking a-way from public affairs indicates the indifference of rural governance actions.The proposal of the concept of hollowing out rural governance and the exploration of the mechanism of subject detach-ment not only discover a neglected hollowing out phenomenon,but also interpret the social mecha-nism behind this phenomenon.The use of"shared presence"and"dual presence"to awaken"sub-jectivity return"fundamentally stimulates the subjective consciousness of farmers,providing an inno-vative and sustainable solution to the problem of hollowing out rural governance.
