Design of High Temperature Sandblasting Device for Metal 3D Printing Post-processing Equipment
High-temperature sand blasting can make the metal produce greater surface plastic deformation,obtain grea-ter metal residual compressive stress and higher metal fatigue resistance.Conventional sandblasting systems are often easier to design,and there is less research on the composite cavity that can combine sandblasting with high temperature and high pressure,which involves mechanical seals,transmission,cooling and other factors,which is the difficulty of rotary sandblasting design.Therefore,this paper focuses on the design of a high-temperature sandblasting device with a rotary clamping mechanism.It is hoped that this research can provide a useful reference for researchers and engineers in related fields and promote the further development and application of metal 3D printing technology.
