The Application Value and Improvement Direction of Servo Control Technology in CNC Machining
Servo control is an important control and drive technology in modern CNC machine tools,with typical charac-teristics of software and hardware combination,involving the latest technical system of computer,electrical,mechanical and other traditional disciplines,and the reasonable application of servo control technology has a significant effect on im-proving the performance of CNC machine tools.In order to promote the better application of servo control technology to CNC machine tool products,this paper introduces the characteristics of digital control technology of machine tools,ana-lyzes the application value of servo control system,the composition and principle of technical system,and emphasizes the improvement direction of CNC machining servo control technology.
