有机无机肥配施处理对凤梨释迦果产量及品质的影响

为研究不同有机无机肥配施处理对凤梨释迦果产量和品质的影响,以清水(CK)为对照组,设置 5 种施肥处理,分别为液体化肥(H1)、液体有机肥(H2)、液体化肥+300 倍稀释液体有机肥(H3)、液体化肥+500 倍稀释液体有机肥(H4)、液体化肥+800 倍稀释液体有机肥(H5),通过水肥一体灌喷方式在凤梨释迦果苗膨果期进行施肥.结果表明,有机无机肥料配施的凤梨释迦单棵树产量和单果重量均高于单独施加一种肥料,且凤梨释迦果实维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量和蛋白质含量均明显提升;施加液体化肥+500 倍稀释液体有机肥的凤梨释迦果实可溶性糖含量(16.8%)和蛋白质含量(1.65%)相对最高;液体化肥+800 倍稀释液体有机肥的维生素C含量相对最高,可达268 mg/100g.探讨凤梨释迦种植的最佳施肥方案,为凤梨释迦生产施肥提供科学依据.
Effects of Combined Application of Inorganic Organic Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Pineapple Shakyas
In order to study the effects of different organic and inorganic fertilizer combined treatment on the yield and quality of pineapple fruit and Shakya fruit,five fertilization treatments were set up using clean water(CK)as the con-trol,namely liquid fertilizer(H1),liquid organic fertilizer(H2),liquid fertilizer+300 times diluted liquid organic fertilizer(H3),liquid fertilizer+500 times diluted liquid organic fertilizer(H4),liquid fertilizer+800 times diluted liquid organic fertilizer(H5),and fertilization was carried out at the fruit expansion stage of pineapple Shakya seedlings by integrated irrigation of water and fertilizer.The results showed that the yield and weight of a single tree of bromeliad Shakya combined with organic and inorganic fertilizer were higher than that of one fertilizer alone,and the vitamin C con-tent,soluble sugar content and protein content of bromeliad Shakya fruit were significantly increased.The soluble sugar content(16.8%)and protein content(1.65%)of pineapple soda fruit with liquid fertilizer+500 times diluted liquid organic fertilizer were relatively highest;Liquid fertilizer+800 times diluted liquid organic fertilizer has the highest vi-tamin C content,up to 268 mg/100g.To discuss the best fertilization scheme for pineapple sakya planting,and provide scientific basis for the production and fertilization of pineapple shakya.
