基于UG和AMESim软件液压传动技术课程教学应用研究

针对目前在液压传动技术课程教学过程中教学理论推导繁琐、液压元件构造复杂、液压回路原理抽象等特点,造成学生学习困难、综合实践能力训练效果不好的现状,现将UG与AMESim软件共同引入液压传动技术课程教学应用作为研究.以齿轮泵、差动连接快速运动回路为实例,提出了一种在教学过程中同步运用的教学方法.研究表明,在教学中结合UG和AMESim软件进行教学,能有效促进课堂教学效果,激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生综合实践能力提升.
Research on the Teaching and Application of Hydraulic Transmission Technology Courses based on UG and AMESim Software
In view of the current characteristics of cumbersome teaching theory derivation,complex structure of hydraulic components,abstract hydraulic circuit principle and other characteristics in the teaching process of hydraulic transmis-sion technology course,resulting in students'learning difficulties and poor comprehensive practical ability training,UG and AMESim software are now introduced into the teaching application of hydraulic transmission technology course as re-search.Taking gear pump and differential connection fast motion circuit as examples,a teaching method that can be used synchronously in the teaching process is proposed.Studies have shown that combining UG and AMESim software in teaching can effectively promote the effect of classroom teaching,stimulate students'interest in learning,and promote the improvement of students'comprehensive practical ability.
