通过机械设计课程的教学改革,构建了集创新教学、团队协作、科学研究、实践训练及科创竞赛的,以团队协作为核心的团、学、研、训、赛五位一体,线上与线下、课内与课外联动的多层次实践创新教学体系.形成了以学生为中心的教学实践和协作氛围,为专业的高质量创新型人才培养迈出坚实一步.旨在缩小目前高校毕业生与企业需求的人才目标差距问题,并解决毕业生普遍存在实践操作差、动手能力差,团队协作与创新意识淡薄等问题.
Reform and Exploration of Multi-level Practical Innovation Teaching System for Mechanical Design Course under the Background of New Engineering
Through the teaching reform of mechanical design courses,a multi-level practical innovation teaching system integrating teamwork,learning,research,training and competition,online and offline,in-class and extra-curricular linkage,has been constructed that integrates innovative teaching,teamwork,scientific research,practical training and scientific and technological innovation competitions,with teamwork as the core.It has formed a student-centered teach-ing practice and collaborative atmosphere,which has taken a solid step for the cultivation of professional high-quality innovative talents.It aims to narrow the gap between the current talent goals of college graduates and the needs of enter-prises,and solve the problems of poor practical operation,poor hands-on ability,weak teamwork and innovation awareness among graduates.
