Research on the Reform of Automotive"Three Education"Reform based on Integration of Industry and Education
Based on the integration of industry and education,the＂three education＂ reform of automobiles,that is,the cooperation between enterprises,colleges and vocational education institutions,to meet the demand for high-quality talents in the automotive industry.Based on the concept and importance of the integration of industry and education,the role of the integration of industry and education in cultivating talents,promoting industrial upgrading and improving the quality of education is emphasized.Then,the current challenges and opportunities faced by the automotive industry are analyzed,and the necessity of implementing the ＂three education＂ reform is further elaborated.This paper introduces the relevant practical cases of integration of industry and education at home and abroad,and summarizes the successful experience and enlightenment.Finally,the specific implementation measures of the＂three education＂ reform of automo-biles based on the integration of industry and education are proposed.The research results can provide more high-qual-ity and high-skilled talents for the automotive industry,and promote the innovation and upgrading and sustainable de-velopment of the industry.
