农机作业路径优化可以减少重复作业和无效行驶距离,保证农机以最短路径完成所有作业任务,显著提高整体作业效率.该文提出一种基于遗传算法的农机作业路径优化方式,通过建立农机作业的路径优化模型,并设计适合该问题的遗传算法,包括编码方法、适应度函数、选择策略、交叉和变异操作,然后通过仿真试验,验证了该方法的有效性.结果表明,基于遗传算法的路径优化方法能够显著提升农机作业的效率,降低能源消耗和作业成本,同时减少作业时间.通过对比传统路径规划方法,基于遗传算法的优化方法在处理复杂地形和大型农田时表现出更高的适应性和优越性.
Research on the Optimization of Agricultural Machine Operation Path Based on Genetic Algorithm
Agricultural machinery operation path optimization can reduce repeated operations and ineffective driving dis-tance,ensure that the agricultural machinery completes all operational tasks with the shortest path,and significantly im-prove the overall operational efficiency.This paper proposes a genetic algorithm-based path optimization method for ag-ricultural machinery operation,by establishing a path optimization model for agricultural machinery operation and desig-ning a genetic algorithm suitable for the problem,including coding method,fitness function,selection strategy,cross-over and mutation operations and the effectiveness of the method is verified through simulation experiments.The results show that the path optimization method based on genetic algorithm can significantly improve the efficiency of agricultural machine operation,reduce energy consumption and operation cost,as well as reduce operation time.By comparing the traditional path planning method,the genetic algorithm-based optimization method shows higher adaptability and supe-riority when dealing with complex terrain and large farmland.
