智能化沙漠草方格压沙装置自动巡航控制系统

传统的压沙作业通常依赖人工操作,效率较低且耗时,为进一步提升沙漠治理过程中草方格压沙操作的效率和精度.该文集成GPS导航、雷达传感器和摄像头等智能感知设备,使装置能够实时监测周围环境,规划最佳作业路径,实现自动避障和精准压沙操作,基于模糊PID控制算法,能够根据地形变化自动调整装置的速度和工作深度,保证作业的稳定性和均匀性.现场试验表明,该系统显著提高了沙漠治理的机械化程度和作业效率,同时降低了人工成本,为沙漠化防治提供了可靠的技术支持.
Intelligent Desert Grass Square Sand Pressure Device Automatic Cruise Control System
The traditional sand pressing operation usually relies on manual operation,which is less efficient and time-consuming,in order to further improve the efficiency and precision of grass square sand pressing operation in the process of desert management,this paper integrates GPS navigation,radar sensors and cameras and other intelligent sensing e-quipment,the device is able to real-time monitoring of the surrounding environment,planning for the optimal operation path,realizing automatic obstacle avoidance and precise sand pressing operation,based on the fuzzy PID control algo-rithm.Based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm,the speed and working depth of the device can be automatically adjus-ted according to the terrain changes to ensure the stability and uniformity of the operation.Field tests show that the sys-tem significantly improves the degree of mechanization and operational efficiency of desert control,while reducing labor costs,providing reliable technical support for desertification prevention and control.
