按照技术指标对黑龙江省农业机械工程科学研究院绥化分院研制的1GJH-350 秸秆全量还田联合整机耕作深度、深松深度、秸秆(根茬)粉碎合格率、秸秆(根茬)碎混均匀度等进行测定,测定结果对照试验标准即可判定整机作业质量是否合格.试验得出,秸秆全量还田联合整地机作业后秸秆粉碎合格率大于 85%,秸秆粉碎长度小于75 mm,其他指标符合《秸秆还田机作业质量》(NY/T 500-2002)中的规定.机具在秸秆粉碎、整地方面表现良好,能够满足大部分农业种植对土壤环境的需求,具体的测试结果、对照试验标准可对整机的设计做出评估,并提出改进方案以便更好地服务于农业生产.
Experimental Method of Straw Returning Combined Land Preparation Machine
The experiment aims to test the overall adaptability of the straw returning combined with the land preparation machine.The experimental method is to measure the tillage depth,deep loosening depth,qualified rate of straw(root)crushing,and uniformity of straw(root)crushing and mixing according to technical indicators.The measurement results can be compared with the experimental standards to determine whether the overall operation quality of the machine is qualified.The experiment showed that the qualified rate of straw crushing after the combined operation of straw returning to the field and land preparation machine was greater than 85%,and the length of straw crushing was within 75mm.Other indicators met the requirements of the "Quality of Straw Returning Machine Operation"(NY/T500-2002).The machinery performs well in straw crushing and land preparation,meeting the soil environment requirements of most agri-cultural planting.Specific test results and control test standards can evaluate the design of the entire machine and pro-pose improvement plans to better serve agricultural production.
