Research Status of Rice Soaking and Germination Technology
Rice soaking and germination technology mainly improved the soaking effect and efficiency by changing the soaking conditions and improving the germination environment of rice seeds.According to different soaking and germina-tion methods,it is suitable for different rice soaking and germination equipment.This paper analyzes the research status of rice seed soaking and germination technology,summarizes and analyzes the current rice soaking and germination pro-motion methods and equipment,and puts forward future research directions,so as to provide a reference for improving the level of rice soaking and germination mechanization.
