Research on the Construction Strategy of High-skilled Personnel Training System for Modern Agricultural Machinery Maintenance and Repair
This study investigates the strategic design and implementation trajectory of a high-skill talent cultivation sys-tem for contemporary agricultural machinery maintenance and repair.Confronted with the swift technological advance-ments engendered by the rapid development of agricultural mechanization and an attendant dearth of professional mainte-nance personnel,a comprehensive talent nurturing model and pedagogical reform strategy are proposed.By dissecting successful exemplars both domestically and internationally,such as Germany's dual education system and Jiangsu Prov-ince's"Modern Agricultural Equipment Technology Talent Training Project"in China,this research underscores the significance of collaboration between governmental entities,academic institutions,and corporate entities,as well as in-novations in curriculum content,pedagogical methodologies,and school-enterprise partnerships.The execution of these strategies serves to mitigate the disparity between technological progression and talent deficiencies,furnishing human capital for agricultural mechanization and propelling the evolution of agricultural modernization.
