Research on Key Technologies of Electronic and Electrical Equipment in the Context of Intelligent Manufacturing
The background of intelligent manufacturing gradually promotes the development of automation,intelligence,personalization,greening and globalization of the electronic and electrical profession.The application of robots,automa-ted production lines,intelligent sensors and artificial intelligence(AI)technology will significantly improve production efficiency and product quality.This paper analyzes the application of the above key technologies in the manufacturing of electronic and electrical appliances,and explores their roles and development trends in improving production efficiency,optimizing product quality,realizing customized production,promoting green manufacturing and facilitating globalization synergy,and the results of the study show that the integrated application of these key technologies can significantly im-prove the level of intelligence in electronic and electrical equipment,enhance production efficiency and product quality,and promote the manufacturing industry to the direction of intelligent,informatization and automation direction.In the future,we should further promote the innovation and application of intelligent manufacturing technology,deepen the in-tegration of the Internet of Things and big data,promote the development of personalized customized production mode,strengthen the research and development of green manufacturing technology,and realize the construction of global coop-erative manufacturing network.
