Research and Practice on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation Mode of Vocational Electromechanical Specialities under the Background of"Dual-Innovation"
"Dual-creation"is an important policy and development concept put forward by our country in the context of economic transformation and innovation-driven development strategy.This paper combines the characteristics of voca-tional education,takes the cultivation of electromechanical professionals as an entry point,and analyses the current problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in electromechanical professions to integrate innova-tive thinking and entrepreneurship into the professional skills training.professional skills training,put forward the solu-tion path from the curriculum system,teaching mode,practice platform,school-enterprise cooperation,etc.,explore the construction mode of diversified practice platform,establish a perfect innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem,and provide students with a real entrepreneurial practice environment.The study shows that this cultivation mode effec-tively improves students'innovation ability,practical ability and entrepreneurial awareness,and provides an important reference for the reform and development of vocational education under the background of"Dual-creation".
