由于可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,简称PLC)实训设备费用高昂,技术更新滞后以及工业应用场景的缺乏,导致PLC课程的教学效果欠佳,提升教学质量显得尤为迫切.为此,在PLC课程中引入3D虚拟仿真软件——Factory IO,其以低成本、具备多品牌多型号PLC的兼容性以及丰富的工业应用场景等特点,为现存教学难点提供了新的解决方案.为了更好地将Factory IO软件融入PLC课程教学中,该文系统梳理了Fac-tory IO软件和PLC编程软件联合仿真的流程,深入剖析了Factory IO软件的工业应用场景与PLC课程知识技能之间的内在联系,并详细探讨了基于Factory IO软件的PLC课程的教学流程.教学实践效果表明,融合了Facto-ry IO的PLC课程极大激发了学生的学习兴趣,同时也取得了较为显著的教学效果,提升了教学质量.
Teaching Research on Programmable Logic Controller Course Based on Factory IO
Due to the high cost of PLC practical training equipments,the lag of technology update and the lack of indus-trial application scenarios,the teaching effect of the PLC course is poor,and the improvement of teaching quality has be-come an urgent need.For this reason,the 3D virtual simulation software-Factory IO is introduced in PLC courses,which provides a new solution to the current problem with its low cost,multi-brand and multi-model PLC compatibili-ty,and rich industrial application scenarios.In order to integrate Factory IO software into the teaching of PLC courses,and then improve the teaching effect,the article systematically combs through the process of joint simulation of Factory IO software and PLC programming software,analyzes in depth the intrinsic connection between industrial application sce-narios of Factory IO software and the knowledge and skills of PLC courses,and discusses in detail the teaching process of PLC courses based on Factory IO software,and discussed in detail the teaching process of PLC course based on Factory IO software.The teaching reform practice shows that the PLC course integrating Factory IO greatly stimulates students'learning interest,and also achieves more significant teaching effect and improves teaching quality.
