Research on the Implementation of Double Tutorial System under the Modern Apprenticeship Personnel Training Mode
Under the modern apprenticeship talents training mode,the double tutorial system is an effective teaching method.By providing two mentors,one from the university and the other from the enterprise,it aims to provide students with comprehensive and practical professional theoretical knowledge and the literacy and practical skills needed to meet the needs of the enterprise position.In the vocational education process,the modern apprenticeship model creates a fu-sion of the classroom and the real jobs of the enterprise through the introduction of enterprises into schools and coopera-tion between schools and enterprises,professional Training and enterprise posts engaged in the standards of the relative"Dual education.".The key of double tutor system is how to select the right tutor and how to meet the needs of person-nel training.This thesis focuses on the experimental classes of modern apprenticeship system for Mechatronics Engineer-ing Technology Majors in our college.It analyzes the current situation of the implementation of the dual tutorial system and the problems existing in the implementation of the dual tutorial system in higher vocational colleges,and put forward practical and feasible implementation strategy.
