摘要

为适应现代科技革命与创新发展需求,该文以湖北汽车工业学院机械制造及其自动化专业为例,针对传统机制专业存在的问题,基于问题导向教育(OBE)理念,构建校内外深度融合的人才培养模式,为实现学科知识和专科课程知识的交叉融合,设置了多学科交叉融合的课程体系,并基于现代信息技术提出了多样化的教学模式.通过教学实践,验证了该人才培养模式的可行性与有效性.

Abstract

In order to meet the modern technological revolution and innovative development,a comprehensive collabora-tive talent training model with deep integration inside and outside the school is constructed with the concept of"OBE,which is based the Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation major of Hubei University of Automobile Industry as an ex-ample,in response to the problems in the traditional mechanism major.In order to achieve the cross integration of sub-ject knowledge and specialized course knowledge,a multi-disciplinary cross integration curriculum system is estab-lished.A new models of teaching is proposed based on modern information technology.Feasibility and effectiveness of the constructed cultivation model have been verified through teaching practice.
