随着制造业智能化的快速发展,传统机械制造工艺基础课程已经无法适应新的制造模式和技术要求.该文针对机械制造工艺基础课程中存在的问题,提出在课程中增加智能化生产技术的教学内容,引入数字化设计和制造技术,强化实践环节的培养,优化教学方案及实施过程,保证理论与实践有机结合,注重培养学生的创新思维和团队协作能力,进一步提升学生的学术表现和实际技能,培养更具竞争力的人才,促进制造业的可持续发展.
Discussion on the Reform of the Basic Course of Mechanical Manufacturing Process under the Background of Manufacturing Intelligence
With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing,the traditional basic course of mechanical manufac-turing process has been unable to adapt to the new manufacturing mode and technical requirements.This article addres-ses the problems existing in the basic course of mechanical manufacturing process,proposes to increase the teaching con-tent of intelligent production technology in the course,introduce digital design and manufacturing technology,strengthen the training of practical links,optimize the teaching programme and implementation process,ensure the organic combi-nation of theory and practice,focus on cultivating students'innovative thinking and teamwork ability,further enhance students'academic performance and practical skills,and cultivate more competitive talents and promote the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.
