Value of Tao Xingzhi's Educational Thoughts to Lifelong Vocational Skill Training in the Digital Age
Lifelong vocational skills training is an employment priority strategy implemented by the state,and im-proving the lifelong vocational skills training system to promote the solution of structural employment contradictions has been included in the government work report,which is an important measure to support the national talents strategy in the digital era.The core connotation of lifelong vocational skills training is that skills training should run through the life of workers,so that personnel training can meet the needs of employment and entrepreneurship and economic and social development.However,at present,there are some problems in lifelong vocational skills train-ing in China,such as inefficient management,operation and incentive mechanism,insufficient play of enterprise mechanism and function,and insufficient training willingness of employees.Tao Xingzhi's thoughts on lifelong edu-cation,life education and vocational education have the following inspirations for lifelong vocational skills training in the digital age:First,lifelong vocational skills training needs to strengthen policy guidance and digital macro co-ordination at the national level;Second,lifelong vocational skills training needs to integrate multi-factor coordina-tion and play the main role of enterprises;Third,lifelong vocational skills training needs to emphasize the integra-tion of learner-centered and digital-technology-based teaching.
