From an anthropological perspective,this paper analyzes the educational practice and the practical value of the"little master system"in the new era,aiming to deepen the understanding of the relationship between educa-tion and culture.Standing in the broad social background of human education,we should examine and inherit the essence of human cultural education,and innovate educational life practices that meet the requirements of the times.The article reshapes the educational practice of the"Little Teacher System"in the new era from three as-pects:"role exchange,teaching isomorphism,""moral growth,virtue infiltration"and"harmonious integration,coexistence,and symbiosis."It also analyzes the issues that need to be paid attention to in the reshaping of the ed-ucational practice of the"Little Teacher System"in the new era.
