The Historical Evolution and Internal Logic of the CPC's Concept of National Governance
The CPC's concept of national governance was honed in the process of revolution and governance.The Great Revolution made the Party realize the importance of mastering the gun barrel and facilitated the establishment of the principle of"the Party commands the gun"since the Land Revolution;After the failure of the land revolu-tion,the Party effectively responded and stepped out of the predicament,embarking on a new journey of democratic governance and improving public service capabilities;The exploration in the first thirty years of New China promp-ted the Party to deeply reflect on the value of pragmatic rationality and opened up a new pattern of socialist con-struction centered on economic development;Since the reform and opening up,we have adhered to the principle of seeking truth and pragmatism,and steadily moved towards common prosperity after building a moderately prosper-ous society in all respects.The internal logic accumulated and formed through practice is not only the fundamental guarantee for the CPC to lead the country to achieve economic take-off and national rejuvenation,but also a set of Chinese wisdom and Chinese programs for global national governance.
