苏南率先基本实现现代化的示范创新研究

摘要
苏南的区域优势、历史经验、崇尚开拓创新的人文精神等决定了苏南率先发展的现实,因此苏南地区有条件为江苏全省以至全国在建设中国特色的社会主义现代化进程中做出示范创新。根据专家咨询法得到的结果,苏南率先基本实现现代化最有可能示范创新的突破方向在以下三个方面：（1）城乡一体化示范创新——苏州无锡两市率先推进;（2）区域自主创新示范探索——沿宁苏铁路建立高新技术走廊;（3）民生幸福的示范推进——六大民生工程建设。苏南率先现代化的新征程中,能否尽快在城乡一体化、区域自主创新和改善民生这三大方面创造新优势、积累新经验,关键在于能否突破一系列体制机制的束缚以及全面提高人的现代化程度。
Abstract
Southern Jiangsu will take the lead in modernization and make a model for other regions in China,due to its advantages of location,historical experience and pioneering and innovative spirit.There are three potential aspects for its innovation.The first is the model innovation of the integration of urban and rural areas,the second is the demonstration research of regional independent innovation,and the third is the demonstrative propulsion of the people＇s livelihood and happiness.To achieve the above goals,the key lies in whether they can break the manacle of a series of system mechanism and comprehensively improve the level of human modernization.
