Research on global cybersecurity norms:Addressing the pace lag between technology and ideas
Global cyberspace security has become a complex dimension of international interaction.International political and economic affairs need to establish norms to deal with the network technology revolution and the impact of the resulting social changes.Academic discussion is the ideological basis for the formation of conduct rules.At present,the research and practice of network security norms have a pace gap of continuous technological progress and lagging behind in concept.Therefore,in the relevant normative research,on the basis of multidisciplinary,it is necessary to grasp the key features of cyberspace,transcend the distinction between the West and non-West,construct the thinking based on the Internet scene and transcend the concept of network sovereignty,and actively play the role of normative initiatives of multiple subjects.Therefore,we can find a kind of network security ethical principles,behavior norms and values based on realistic technology and humanistic tradition,so as to bind the influencers to norms,laws and specific values.
