The development of blockchain technology has created new momentum for promoting digital copyright protection.Digital copyright faces certain difficulties in obtaining,protecting and using rights,and blockchain technology can play an empowering role in the protection and development of digital copyright by innovating trust mechanism,simplifying infringement proof and reducing transaction costs.At the same time,blockchain technology is easily exploited illegally.The rigidity of smart contracts,the absence of legal supervision,and the dispersion and ambiguity of relevant legal norms make the empowering process face many obstacles.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably determine the responsibilities and obligations of each node of blockchain technology,strictly safeguard the rights of copyright owners to modify and revoke,improve the legal supervision system of smart contracts,and cooperate with multiple parties to create a collaborative governance pattern,so as to provide assistance for blockchain technology to enable digital copyright protection.
