摘要
共同富裕是党的坚定立场和追求,在高质量发展中实现这一目标不仅是执政理念的体现,更是实践的重要内容.促进全体人民共同富裕是一项长期艰巨的任务,需要选择部分地区先行示范.浙江的国家级试点政策为全国实现共同富裕提供了探索路径.通过对"浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区"案例的持续性考察,可以为共同富裕话语体系的构建提供微观基础.浙江的实践探索为理解共同富裕话语的形成与发展提供了有益借鉴,有助于深化对共同富裕目标的认识以及保证政策实施的稳步推进.
Abstract
Common prosperity is the firm stance and pursuit of the Party.Achieving this goal in high-quality development is not only a manifestation of governance philosophy,but also the important content in practice.Promoting common prosperity for all people is a long-term and arduous task,and it is necessary to choose some regions as the first demonstration.The national pilot program in Zhejiang provides an exploration path for achieving common prosperity throughout the country.By using field empirical research methods and conducting a sustained investigation of the case of"Zhejiang High Quality Development and Construction of a Demonstration Zone for Common Prosperity",a micro foundation can be provided for the construction of a discourse system for common prosperity.The practical exploration in Zhejiang provides useful reference for understanding the formation and development of the discourse of common prosperity,which helps to deepen the understanding of the goal of common prosperity and steadily promote policy imple-mentation.
