Exploring the physical aspects of cross media narrative within the Metaverse ecosystem
The gradual maturity of the Metaverse ecosystem has provided possibilities for the study of perceptual dimensions in cross media narrative.This is reflected in the fact that cross media narrative no longer only calls for conscious immersion,but rather physical activities aimed at awakening full perception.The call of cross media narrative to the whole sensory body has gone through a stage from"hermeneutic context"to"embodied immersion",the latter mainly benefi-ting from the maturity of metaverse technology.Emphasizing the reshaping of bodily perception in cross media narratives does not mean a negation of pre-existing conscious activities,but reminds us to clarify that the aesthetic significance of cross media narratives is always related to the embo-died perception of the body.
