Evaluation of the effectiveness of multi-agent collaborative governance in food safety public opinion
Based on the grounded theory, this paper explores the internal mechanism of the multi-agent collaborative governance of food safety public opinion, and constructs the effectiveness evaluation index system. The overall effectiveness of the system and the effectiveness of each subsystem is evaluated by using the coupling coordination degree model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method respectively. It is found that the multi-agent collaborative governance system of food safety public opinion includes five subsystems:government regulatory department govern-ance,enterprise governance, social organization governance, media governance and public partic-ipation governance. The governance subjects cooperate and influence each other, the functional boundary is gradually weakened. The system as a whole is in the primary coordination state, the development level of different subsystems is not synchronized, and there exists a"short-board effect".The effectiveness of government regulatory departments governance and public participa-tion governance is high, while the enterprise governance effectiveness is the lowest. So more attention should be paid to improving the effectiveness of enterprise governance and condensing the multi-agent functional advantages.
