平台零工劳动中"消费者控制"的生成及其本质

数字经济时代,平台利用技术将海量消费者需求与终端劳动力相桥接,生成了全新的"数字零工—平台—消费者"的多元关系结构.为了在加强劳动管控的同时提升消费体验,增强用户黏性,平台通过赋予消费者部分控制权,以实现对数字零工的合力管控,由此生成全新的"消费者控制"模式.控制权的重新分配使处于底层的数字零工面临劳动评价扭曲、劳动压力过大、劳动关系模糊等诸多困境.在消费者控制的表象背后,实则是资本更加隐蔽而深入的剥削.基于此,亟须构建以政府为主导,平台、劳动者、消费者等共同参与的零工治理新格局,助力平台经济的健康发展.
The generation and essence of"consumer control"in platform gig labor
In the era of digital economy,platforms use technology to bridge massive consumer demands with terminal labor,generating a new multi-dimensional relationship structure of"digital gig-platform-consumer".In order to enhance consumer experience and user stickiness while strengthening labor control,the platform empowers consumers with partial control rights to achieve joint control over digital gig workers,thus generating a new"consumer control"model.The redistribution of control power has led to many difficulties for digital gig workers at the bottom,such as distorted labor evaluations,excessive labor pressure,and ambiguous labor relations.Behind the surface of consumer control,there is actually a deeper and more covert exploitation by capital.Based on this,it is urgent to establish a new pattern of gig management led by the government,with the participation of platforms,workers and consumers,to promote the healthy development of the platform economy.
