With the rapid progression of AI technology,robotaxi like"Apollo Go"are redefining the conventional travel service experience.The user experience challenges faced by"Apollo Go"in actual operation reveal the immaturity of technological innovation in promoting the change of experience mode.The three-level theoretical model designed based on user experience systematically analyzes the specific problems of"Apollo Go"in the process of user experience from three aspects of independent performance,natural behavior and emotional feedback,and proposes targeted optimization paths,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of autonomous driving services,and at the same time,make prospects for the future development of intelligent travel services.
