With the widespread application of user profiling technology,data security risks have increasingly become a focus of social attention.It is crucial to effectively address the security risks of user profile data and ensure the privacy of user data.By exploring the forms and causes of security risks in user profile data,we aim to explore corresponding governance paths.Based on the concept of risk prevention,soft law preposition and multiple co-governance,we should actively apply the agile govern-ance model,improve the legal governance norms,introduce the algorithm impact assessment mechanism and establish a collaborative governance system to effectively ensure the security of user profile data.
