传染病防治义务的公众认知现况及改进策略研究

摘要
为探索公众传染病防治相关义务认知水平的改进路径,促进公众参与传染病防治素养提升,文章基于《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》编写问卷,对江苏省南京市居民开展随机抽样调查.结果发现,受访者总体认知情况良好,年龄、文化程度、收入水平和职业都是影响认知水平的主要因素;现代媒体是传染病防治法治宣传的重要平台,但宣传效果有待改进.应加强公共健康观念宣传,促进"为人民健康尽责"的公民意识形成;激发主动学习意识,调动公众参与传染病防治法治教育积极性;关注弱势群体,强化社区传染病防治宣传工作.
Abstract
To explore the improvement path of the public's awareness of the obligations related to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and to promote the public's participation in infectious disease literacy,this paper,based on the"Law on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases",to conduct a random sampling survey of residents in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province.The results showed that the overall awareness level of the respondents was good,with age,educational level,income level and occupation being the main factors affecting their level of awareness.Modern media is an important platform for promoting the legal prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,yet its effectiveness needs enhancement.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the concept of public health to foster a sense of"responsibility for the health of the people among citizens";to stimulate the awareness of active learning,and to mobilize the public's enthusiasm for participating in the legal education on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.It is also crucial to pay attention to vulnerable groups and strengthen community-based propaganda for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
