低年级医学生对老年人的态度及教育启示
Study on junior medical students'attitudes toward older adults and educational implications

摘要
为了解低年级医学生对老年人的态度及影响因素,对安徽省三所医学院校二年级医学本科生进行调查,调查内容包括人口学信息、对老年人的态度、医患沟通倾向、职业精神、对相关课程的评价等.结果显示,医学生对老年人态度量表的总评分为(3.32±0.43)分,态度量表的四个维度中为老年患者提供医疗服务得分最低.女性、以患者为中心的沟通倾向、良好的职业精神,均对老年人态度有正向影响,提示对医学生紧扣职业精神塑造、提高医患沟通技巧,将对老年人积极态度起到联动推动作用.医学院校应构建合理的课程体系,增强大健康人文类课程的吸引力,同时也应关注隐性课程的影响,提升医学生对老年人的积极态度,提高其从事老年医疗服务的意愿.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the attitudes of junior medical students towards older adults and the factors that influence these attitudes.A survey was conducted among second-year medical undergraduates from three medical schools in Anhui.The survey included general demographic information,attitudes towards the elderly,doctor-patient communication tendencies,professional spirit and social science courses.The results showed a total score of(3.32±0.43)on the attitude towards the elderly scale.The lowest scores were observed in the dimension of providing medical services to older patients.Factors such as females,patient-centered communication tendencies,and good professionalism positively influenced attitudes toward the older adults.Improving doctor-patient communication skills and promoting professionalism are suggested to promote positive attitudes towards older adults among medical students.Medical schools should develop a comprehensive curriculum to increase the appeal of humanities courses in healthcare.Additionally,they should consider the impact of implicit courses on fostering positive attitudes towards older adults and encouraging medical students to participate in geriatric medical services.
