数字健康背景下南京农村留守老人数字困境与突破
The digital dilemma and breakthrough of the left-behind older adults in rural Nanjing under the background of digital health

摘要
文章基于扎根理论,对30 位南京农村留守老人进行了深度访谈,发现农村留守老人数字鸿沟是多重因素相互作用的结果,其中环境刺激扮演着重要的角色,认知和能力因素发挥着传导作用;如果现状保持不变,随着时间的推移,数字鸿沟将可能进一步加剧老年健康不平等现象.应融合个体、家庭、社会各方力量,积极帮助老人转变观念、加强家庭反哺、依靠社会支持等突破数字困境,助推数字健康建设,使数字红利惠及广大老年群体.
Abstract
Based on the grounded theory,this study conducted in-depth interviews with 30 rural left-behind older adults from Nanjing,Jiangsu Province,and conducted three levels of coding of the interview text to explore the causes and bridging path of the digital dilemma of the rural left-behind older adults in Nanjing.The text analysis showed that the digital divide among rural left-behind older adults results from the interaction of multiple factors,in which environmental stimuli play an essential role,with cognitive and ability factors playing a transmissive effect.If the status quo remains unchanged,the digital divide will further aggravate the health inequality among older adults.A variety of measures including integrating individual,family,and social forces,actively helping older adults change attitudes,strengthening family feedback,relying on social supports,etc.should be taken to break through digital dilemma and promote digital health construction,so that the digital dividend benefits the vast number of elderly populations.
