摘要
随着老龄化的加剧和疾病谱的改变,慢性病共病已成为亟待解决的公共卫生问题.文章通过检索国内外慢性病共病老年人服药依从性研究的相关文献,系统梳理文献基本情况、慢性病共病的界定、服药依从性的测量、分析方法等研究内容,了解慢性病共病老年人服药依从性研究现状,追踪和解析慢性病共病老年人服药依从性相关研究的前沿热点.
Abstract
With the acceleration of aging population and changes of the disease spectrum,multimorbidity has become an urgent public health problem to be solved.This article searched relevant literature on medication adherence among older adults with multimorbidity both domestically and internationally,including systematically reviewing the basic information of the literature(such as publication year,research area),defining multimorbidity,measures medication adherence,analysis methodology,etc.,to understand the current research status of medication adherence among older adults with multimorbidity,and to trace and analyze the hotspots of medication adherence related research among older adults with multimorbidity.
