摘要
继2017年中国成人暴发性心肌炎专家共识发布后,2024年初,《中华心血管病杂志》发布了我国首部针对成人暴发性心肌炎的诊断和治疗的指南,指南总结了近年来该领域最新的有中国学者临床实践形成的循证医学证据和临床经验,对暴发性心肌炎的诊断和治疗给出了最新的指南推荐.本文对该指南的重要推荐更新进行逐一解读,以期提高暴发性心肌炎临床救治的规范性和时效性,提高该类患者的救治成功率,最大限度的挽救暴发性心肌炎患者的生命.
Abstract
Following the release of the consensus on adult fulminant myocarditis in China in 2017,at the beginning of 2024,the first guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of adult fulminant myocarditis in China have been released in"Chinese Journal of Cardiology",which summarized in recent years the advanced evidence-based medicine evidence and clinical experience formed by Chinese scholars in clinical practice in this field and gave the latest recommendations based on new evidence.This article interpreted important points of the guidelines in detail to improve the standardization and timeli-ness of clinical treatment for fulminant myocarditis,finally raise the success rate of treatment for this type of patient and save more patients with fulminant myocarditis.
