摘要
本文针对《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗指南(2022)》,着重阐述了在骨质疏松症诊疗过程中需要关注的一些重要问题和进展,包括:医学数字化在骨质疏松性椎体骨折的诊断与骨折风险评估中的应用;抗骨质疏松症药物联合和序贯治疗方案;骨质疏松性骨折围手术期及再骨折预防的临床措施;抗骨质疏松症药物治疗期间的监测.希望对临床医师有所裨益.
Abstract
This article focuses on the"Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis(2022)"and highlights some important issues and developments that need to be addressed in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis,including the application of medical digitization in the diagnosis and risk assessment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures;Com-bination and sequential treatment plans for osteoporosis drugs;Clinical measures for perioperative and recurrent fracture pre-vention of osteoporotic fractures;Monitoring during the treatment of osteoporosis medication.I hope it will be beneficial to clinical physicians.
