Research progress of NLRP3/IL-1β signaling pathway in sepsis associated acute kidney injury
The pathogenesis of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)is complex.Studies have shown that in the pathogenesis of SA-AKI,NLRP3 of the NOD-like receptor family is activated, which in tum increases the production of interleukin-1β,mediates the development of an inflammatory response. In this paper, the research progress of NLRP3/IL-1 βsignaling pathway in SA-AKI was reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for elaborating the pathogenesis of SA-AKI,and strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of SA-AKI.
