摘要
脓毒症相关急性肾损伤(SA-AKI)发病机制复杂,有研究显示,在SA-AKI的发病过程中,NOD样受体家族的NLRP3(NLRP3)被激活,进而增加白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)的产生,介导炎症反应的发展.因此,针对近年NLRP3/IL-1 β信号通路在SA-AKI中的研究进展进行了综述,以期为阐述SA-AKI的发病机制提供新的思路,同时也为SA-AKI的诊断和治疗提供了新的策略.
Abstract
The pathogenesis of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)is complex.Studies have shown that in the pathogenesis of SA-AKI,NLRP3 of the NOD-like receptor family is activated,which in tum increases the production of interleukin-1β,mediates the development of an inflammatory response.In this paper,the research progress of NLRP3/IL-1 βsignaling pathway in SA-AKI was reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for elaborating the pathogenesis of SA-AKI,and strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of SA-AKI.
