摘要
髓外装细胞瘤(EMD)属于浆细胞肿瘤的一种,是浆细胞瘤穿透骨皮质或在骨骼以外部位形成的软组织肿物,具有高侵袭性和预后差的特性.目前EMD的发病机制尚不明确,治疗上尚无统一标准,可选择蛋白酶体抑制剂、免疫调节剂、单克隆抗体、造血干细胞移植(ASCT)、嵌合抗原T细胞疗法(CAR-T)、靶向药物等.本文将就有关EMD治疗的最新研究进展进行概述,以期为临床工作提供参考.
Abstract
Extramedullary disease(EMD)is a kind of plasmacytoma,which is a soft tissue tumor formed by plasmacy-toma penetrating the bone cortex or outside the bone.It has the characteristics of high invasion and poor prognosis.At pres-ent,the pathogenesis of EMD is not clear,and there is no unified standard for treatment.Proteasome inhibitors combined with immunomodulators,monoclonal antibodies,autologous hematologist stem cell transplantion,chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T),and targeted drugs can be selected for treatment.This article will summarize the latest research progress on EMD treatment to provide a reference for clinical work.
