The Influence of the Mentor-apprentice Relationship on Employee Resilience in the Context of Differential Order Atmosphere
Employee resilience is a strategic advantage for organizational sustainability and a core capability to cope with uncertainty.Based on the unique differential situation in China,this paper discusses the internal mechanism of the mentor-apprentice relationship to improve the resilience of Generation Z employees,constructs and validates a cross-level research model,and uses software to empirically analyze 256 valid data samples,which reveals the following:the emotional bond of the mentor-apprentice relationship based on resource conservation theory can stimulate the psycho-logical availability of apprentices and positively promote employee resilience.The organizational differential atmosphere not only positively strengthens the relationship between the mentor-apprentice relationship and apprenticeship psycho-logical availability,but also promotes the effect of psychological availability on the relationship between the mentor-apprentice relationship and employee resilience,and the research conclusion has guiding significance and application value for how organizations can improve employee resilience by activating the mentor-apprentice relationship.
