商务印书馆版考古学译著与中国考古学科的建设(1897-1949)

摘要
20世纪初,欧洲近代考古学随着列强派往中国的考察队传入中国.到20世纪20年代,中国考古机构开始独立自主地进行科学的考古发掘工作,中国现代考古学正式诞生.在中国考古学诞生的过程中,商务印书馆作为出版机构,不仅出版中国传统金石学著作,同时翻译出版了欧洲及日本的包括考古学理论、考古方法论、考古成果等的考古学著作,为中国现代考古学的建设提供了借鉴.
Abstract
In the early 20th century,modern European archaeology was introduced to China with the expedition teams sent to China by foreign colonial powers.By the 1920s,the Chinese archaeological institutions began to indepen-dently conduct scientific archaeological excavations,marking the formal birth of modem archaeology in China.During the emergence of Chinese archaeology,the Commercial Press,as a publishing institution,not only published traditional Chinese epigraphy works but also translated and published European and Japanese archaeological works,including ar-chaeological theories,methodologies,and achievements,providing valuable references for the development of modem archaeology in China.
