The"Resilience Logic"of Grassroots Social Governance in the Process of Chinese Modernization
The essence of Chinese modernization is the process that the Chinese people led by the Communist Party of China continuously fend off various risks and crises.The modernization of grassroots social governance is regarded as the core task of Chinese modernization.However,academia has explored less from the perspective of"resilience"the risk and crisis management issues in grassroots social governance during the Chinese modernization process.In essence,the modernization of grassroots social governance is a model of social governance modernization in which the Commu-nist Party of China gradually forms,by activating"resilient"elements such as publicity,integrity,community,and a dy-namic process,and by activating traditional governance factors,promoting dynamic cycles,generating vibrant order,and aggregating ethical centripetal forces,a mechanism for actively adapting to risks from within society.Insisting on in-depth research on the specific mechanisms and dynamic processes of resilience in grassroots social governance is of vital importance for promoting research on Chinese modernization in the new era.
