Research on Modeling and Fault Warning Method for Dry Reactors
Aiming at the problem that dry reactor is prone to occur turn-to-turn short-circuit faults,which leads to equipment burnout,the author proposes modeling and fault warning method for dry reactor,which calculates the encapsulating loss by establishing a two-dimensional electromagnetic-circuit analytical model,establishes a three-dimensional finite-element model of fluid-temperature field by adopting a loop iteration algorithm for the fusion of multi-physical field models.The method also adopts a fusion algorithm of improved Particle Swarm Optimization-Support Vector Machine(PSO-SVM)to reduce the order of the model.On the basis of the above model,a variety of turn-to-turn short-circuit fault simulation experiments are carried out.The simulation calculation and field measurement results show that this method has high accuracy of fault warning and can be used for the early warning of dry reactor turn-to-turn short-circuit faults.
