Simulation Analysis of Abnormal Heating Defects of Non-Current Carrying Structure Fittings in Substation
In response to a special heating defect of substation connecting fittings, this paper analyzes the common heating defects of this type of structure, and simulates the generation process of this special defect based on MATLAB software.Taking the fault of jumper conductor clamper as an example,it is assumed that the contact resistance value Rj1 at the fault line clamp varies between 0.001 Ω and 0.8 Ω,with a resistance change step size of 0.005 Ω,and the effective value of the operating current is 280 A.The simulation results show that when a fault occurs at a certain point of the clamp,as the resistance value changes, the heating power Pj1 at that point first increases and then decreases, while the thermal power Pl1 of the connection fittings on the gate-type frame of the outgoing line shows a monotonic increasing trend, finally showing that Pl1 is much greater than Pj1.Simulation verification shows that under specific fault parameters, the actual fault location may cause heating in other areas, while its own heating phenomenon may not be obvious. In this regard,a separate classification method for this type of defect and a tracking treatment method for this type of fault are proposed, providing technical ideas for the treatment of heating faults in fittings in the same type of station.
